He tells People, "If you get dressed up the right way, it should be fitted to you. But when things are fitted to me, it's hard for me to disguise man boobs and gut and all that stuff, so it's all sticking out!"

Fortunately, those tux times are few and far between. Blake usually gets by on the red carpet by wearing jeans and boots.

THE D.A. OF THE DAY - FRIDAY, MAY 20TH

WEEDING OUT THE IDIOTS:

A South Carolina man was arrested for truth in advertising -- after placing a Craigslist note saying, "I sell weed," then meeting a cop to do just that.

James Kinley III concocted a pretty detailed ad, inclucing a picture of himself and a photo of the leafy green product, along with an offer to sell the goods for a mere $200. An investigator texted the number Kinley provided to see if he could get in on the deal, and the 27-year-old agreed, setting up a time and place to make the exchange.

Kinley showed up carrying the promised half-ounce of pot and was rewarded with some shiny silver -- in the form of handcuffs. Cops have not revealed what charges he faces.

PUBLIC ENEMY NUMBER TWO:

An Arizona TV reporter who was looking for a scoop made the news himself after taking a poop -- right on the lawn of a family whose strange behavior he was covering.

Jonathan Lowe was on assignment at the home of a man who'd just thrown his family dog into an outdoor meat smoker, saying God had ordered him to make a sacrifice. The subject matter may have upset the reporter's stomach, since he interrupted his stakeout to walk over to a quiet corner of the yard and fertilize the greenery in a very unconventional way.

Lowe, whose official bio says he "brings a bit of Southern hospitality and charm to the desert Southwest," could face six months in jail for the act, which was phoned into 911 by a shocked neighbor.

We're guessing he'll be the butt of a lot of jokes around the newsroom.

THIEF ASKS, "WHY ME"?

A Florida woman was arrested for stealing a pair of earrings from a jewelry store and had the nerve to ask cops why they were picking on her.

26-year-old Prolancia Turner was caught hiding a $12.50 pair of earrings in the waistband of her pants. She was placed under arrest and started crying. Not because she messed up and got caught, but because the cops were picking on her -- or at least that's what she thought. She told police, "Everyone steals from this store. Why are you picking on me?"

It turns out that is not what officers want to hear. She's been charged with retail theft.

THE HOTLIST - FRIDAY, MAY 20TH

DON'T HASSLE THE HOFF ABOUT HIS MONEY:

David Hasselhoff and his ex-wife Pamela Bach are currently locked in a heated spousal support war. The former Baywatch star is claming that he has less than $4000 to his name. The Hof claims to make $112,000 (which equals out to 1.3 million and some change per year) but spends $66,000 per month and just can't afford to pay. The ex claims that Hof is worth more than $120 million and is still working and can afford to pay the $252,000 per year that she is asking for which breaks down to around $21,000

BLAKE LIVELY: MIX-A-LOT HAS HER BACK...

Sir Mix-a-Lot's got Blake Lively's back.

The rapper defended the actress after she was criticized for quoting his hit "Baby Got Back" in an Instagram post. In the pic Blake showed off her backside and wrote, "L.A. face with an Oakland booty." That had some calling The Shallows star a racist. But Sir Mix-a-Lot tells the New York Daily News, "I don't get it at all. She's saying she's proud of her butt. I'm glad she embraced the look, because that's what I wanted (with the song)."

Mix-a-Lot, who says he wrote "Baby Got Back" to celebrate curvaceous women of all colors and races, adds, "I'm glad she didn't pull it down. I don't think she should."

NAOMI JUDD: DID NOT CALL GRITS "SLAVE FOOD"

Naomi Judd never called grits "slave food" while filming a new reality show.

Her cast mate Ray J made the accusation yesterday (Wednesday) after word broke the 70-year-old country singer tried to get out of her contract because she was unhappy with the other celebs picked for the show. Ray J, best known as Kim Kardashian's partner in her infamous sex tape, posted a video on Instagram and said he was shocked to hear her refer to grits as "slave food." He added that the comment "smells like some racism. I don’t like it."

But TMZ says the cast gathered on Wednesday and producers played back the footage in question. Sources say what really went down is that Lance Bass and his mother served shrimp and grits for the show and during the meal Naomi said when she was growing up her mother wouldn't let her eat grits because it was considered poor people's food."

KYLIE JENNER: SECURITY ATTACKS PAPARAZZI

Additionally, TMZ reports Kylie’s security attacked a member of their team, grabbing the camera and deleting the video.

CARJACKER MAKES A PIT STOP

Joseph Skyler robbed a Berkeley man outside of his apartment this morning than forced the victim to let him use his bathroom at gunpoint. Photo: Connor Radnovich, The Chronicle

Don't you just hate when you have to pee at the most inopportune time? Like right after you've just held someone up at gunpoint?

A California man had just returned home to the apartment he shares with his grandmother when 25-year-old Joseph Skyler appeared out of nowhere and pointed a gun at him. He stole the victim's keys and and his cell phone, and then said he needed to use the bathroom. So he forced his way inside the apartment, relieved himself, and then took off in the grandmother's car.

Luckily, police had a description of Skyler and the car, and he was captured about an hour later and charged with robbery and carjacking.

SCHOOL BURSTS LIL GIRL'S BUBBLE:

A five-year-old girl in Colorado got in trouble for bringing a plastic bubble gun to school.

The elementary school has a strict no-gun policy, and apparently that includes toys that shoot out bubbles. The kindergartner brought the toy to school without her mother's knowledge and took it out of her backpack to play with it during recess. Teachers who saw it sent her to the principal's office and called her mother to come pick her up. She was suspended for the rest of the day for violating the school's gun policy.

The girl's mother said, "I apologized right away and said that I am so sorry she did that. I appreciate that they’re trying to keep our kids safe, I really do. But there needs to be some common sense. It blows bubbles.”

The school released a statement on the matter saying, "While we hear and understand the parents of this student being concerned about this discipline in light of the student’s age and type of item, this suspension is consistent with our district policy."

TRUMP,HILLARY LISTED AS CAUSE OF DEATH

Forget about people who threaten to leave the country if Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton becomes president. A Virginia woman took leaving the country to a whole new level -- she died.

Her obituary reads, "Faced with the prospect of voting for either Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton, Mary Anne Noland of Richmond chose, instead, to pass into the eternal love of God on Sunday, May 15, 2016, at the age of 68." The obituary was written by one of her sons and, as her husband explained, was a tribute to her sense of humor.

THE HOTLIST - THURSDAY, MAY 19TH

CHARLIE SHEEN: ANGER MANAGEMENT OWES MILLIONS

Charlie Sheen is rounding up a posse of lawyers to go after Anger Management executives whom he says owe him millions.

Sheen reportedly signed a lucrative syndication deal for the show and says he hasn't seen a penny of it. The deal gave him ownership of about 30% of the re-runs figures he's owed between $30-and-$40 million for the episodes that have aired. He made 100 episodes of the show before production stopped. Sheen says he's been given the runaround by execs who told him the show hasn't yet turned a profit and that it ran over budget. But the actor is now said to be meeting with lawyers.

DUSTIN DIAMOND: REUNITES WITH MARIO LOPEZ

Dustin Diamond reunited with his Saved by the Bell co-star Mario Lopez, but they didn't reminisce about their old show. They talked about Dustin's time in the pokey for stabbing a guy in 2014.

In the Extra interview, the actor, who played Screech on the cult hit, "spoke in detail" for the first time about the bar fight that sent him to jail for three months. He told Mario his time behind bars was "pretty daunting, it’s pretty scary going into that environment. I found that as long as you follow the rules and stay with the system, it works. You can get in and out unscathed."

Dustin also talked about his sex tape. He admitted that it was a "stunt person" in the video, not him. And of his tell-all book, he says, "They fabricated a whole bunch of stuff… I kind of super railroaded on that."

Dustin says he's looking for a fresh start. “I want to put the tomfoolery and malarkey behind me…for that clean slate. Time for a change."

SUSAN SARANDON: ADULT FILM DIRECTOR?

Susan Sarandon
is thinking about retirement and planning for a possible future in porn. No, she's not looking to spend her golden years appearing in films with titles like Thelma Does Louise and Lorenzo's Oil Massage. She wants to direct.

The 69-year-old actress says she's unimpressed with the porn she's seen over the years and is interested in directing more female-friendly porn. She tells The Times, "I have threatened, in my 80s, to direct porn. I haven't watched enough to know what the problems are. Most pornography is brutal and doesn't look pleasurable from a female point of view. So I've been saying that when I no longer want to act, I want to do that." She adds that most porn doesn't spend enough time focusing on the events leading up to the sex. "A lot of people know what's in the middle," she says. "But what makes a sex act really interesting is how that first touch happens, how that first kiss comes."

Aww Bless His Little Heart....

BRAD PAISLEY: WORKING WITH JAGGER -

GARTH BROOKS: A NIGHT TO REMEMBER FOR FAN

An expectant mom went into labor during Garth Brooks's show in Grand Rapids, Michigan on Sunday night.

Jacob Bichler's pregnant fiancee, Emily, was scheduled to have a C-section on Monday, but the baby had other plans when Emily began having contractions during the show. Jacob says, "We were standing up, singing, getting into it, and there (were) a couple times where she was having contractions. We had to go to the hospital and she was in labor."

Baby Jaxon finally arrived the following morning at around 5:30.

BOB DYLAN: OCMS WANTS HIM IN CMHOF

Americana string band Old Crow Medicine Show think Bob Dylan belongs in the Country Music Hall of Fame.

The band's leader, Ketch Secor, made the case from a stage at the Hall of Fame and Museum of Nashville Sunday, while they were performing Dylan's Blonde on Blonde in its entirety in tribute to the 50th anniversary of its release.

Secor cited Dylan's "lasting influence. Not just because he made three or four powerful records here, not just because he wrote country music songs like ‘Lay Lady Lay,’ which is pure country, [but] because he has informed every songwriter in our city. He is at the heart of what our town is all about, and he came here before many other folks did."

Secor has more reason than most to recognize Dylan as country. Awhile back, Dylan sent him a tune called "Wagon Wheel" he'd begun writing years ago, but had never gotten around to finishing, and told him to have a go at it. Secor completed it and it not only became the band's signature song, but a cover version by Darius Rucker topped Billboard's country chart.

In 2008, he crashed his bus while driving intoxicated and suffered severe brain injuries. He later pleaded guilty for driving under the influence.

Emilio was 53.

FIRED FIREFIGHTERS PHONED IN FALSE FIRES

Four volunteer firefighters in Pennsylvania love the rush and excitement of responding to fires, so they repeatedly called 911 to report fake emergencies -- just so they could ride in their fire truck.

Police have charged Dustin Beckwith, Aric Beckwith, Daniel Johnson, and Edward Perino with phoning in false reports to 911. They're accused of falsely reporting house fires, car accidents and even a mud slide. An investigation is ongoing, but in the meantime, all four have been suspended from the fire department for six months.

One police officer says, "I am pretty much disgusted by this. I responded personally to one of those calls on March 28th for a dwelling fire. My job is to save people so, that's my first response."

NEED A LIFT?

A couple of very caring tourists did something very illegal and ill-advised during a recent trip to Yellowstone National Park. They picked up a baby bison and put it in their SUV.

The tourists reportedly found the calf and were worried that it was cold. So they hoisted the animal into their vehicle and drove to a ranger station. Park officials warn visitors to stay away from the animals and not approach them. This couple, although they sincerely thought they were helping the animal, were ticketed and the bison was returned to where it was found. A local rancher explained that if the calf's mother had been around, she likely would have killed the couple.

MILE HIGH-HEIST

A Memphis-based flight attendant has been arrested for stealing nearly 1,500 mini-bottles of liquor while on the job and then selling them online.

28-year-old Rachel Trevor, a Delta Air Lines employee, has been charged with theft, unlawful sale of alcohol and unauthorized transportation of alcohol. Investigators say Trevor would slip the small bottles of booze into her bag during flights and then post them for sale on Craigslist for $1 a bottle. She's facing between three and 15 years in prison if convicted.

TURTLE WHACKS CAR ON HIGHWAY:

Turtle Wax does a great job of preserving a car's finish and protecting it from the elements, but one thing it can't protect against is an actual turtle.

A Florida woman was driving on Interstate-4 last week when a turtle suddenly crashed through her windshield, bounced off the passenger seat and landed on her dashboard. Nicole Marie Bjanes says she was "freaked out and hysterical" when the hitchhiker in a half-shell flew into her car. She posted photos of the carnage on Facebook after the incident and added that the turtle actually survived the crash. Police say the reptile was likely sent flying into the air after being hit by another vehicle. The driver suffered only minor injuries and was treated at the scene. The turtle was taken to a nearby pond.

KIP MOORE: KEEPING KIDS SAFE

Kip Moore has built five skate parks and is about to build a sixth through his foundation's Comeback Kid Skatepark Project.

He started the project to give kids a safe place to go at night where they can avoid trouble. He says that there's a kid who uses the Nashville skate park who'd never skated before and now loves it. Miranda likes to look into the audience and find the person who clearly doesn't want to be there. "Trying to get the guy who has a [crappy] look on his face the whole time. I’m like, 'I’m gonna turn you!'"

THE D.A. OF THE DAY - MONDAY MAY 16TH

CHILI TODAY, CUFFS TOMORROW...

An Ohio woman got into a beef with a chili parlor in her neighborhood by sitting down to dinner without any cash in her wallet -- and then calling 911 to report a robbery so that she could sneak out during the commotion.

Destiny Janee Watson called police on Wednesday night to report that armed thugs were holding up the Gold Star Chili location where she was having dinner. When cops responded, they found Watson sitting at a table alone, with no other customers in the place. The restaurant's employees had no idea what was going on.

A manager on duty said that Watson had been lingering at the eatery for the better part of three hours without paying, insisting that someone would be around any minute to take care of her bill for her. Officers who searched her purse found that her cell phone was used to place the phony 911 call.

SLUGS NOT HUGS...

A New York man has been squeezed by cops after offering a free hug and squeeze to a tourist -- and then punching her out when she refused to fork over a tip.

Jermaine Himmelstein had staked out a place outside a Times Square subway station with a sign indicating he was looking to spread peace and love -- ideas he put on hold when he barged into a photo that Canadian tourist Violene Dauvios was taking with a pal. The victim accepted the hug but shook her head and walked away when Himmelstein requested five bucks for his affection, leading him to smack her in the back of the head and make a run for it.

Himmelstein was arrested three years ago for cold-cocking a woman who refused his hugs altogether. Back then, he charged just a buck for the "free" embraces.

COMA HELL ENDS AT TACO BELL...

A Florida man who'd been in a coma for well over a month woke up and immediately asked to be put into a food coma -- with a huge serving of Taco Bell.

Jake Booth was knocked for a loop by a one-two punch of pneumonia and a heart attack, which rendered him unconscious for 47 days. When he came to his senses in a hospital bed, he made one simple, four-word statement -- "I want Taco Bell." That request for a chalupa knocked hospital staffers for a loop-a, but because he had been given a tracheotomy, the 35-year-old had to wait three more weeks to get his first taste of solid food.

The closest location of the chain got wind of Booth's request and was ready to help him make the so-called "fourth meal" his first solid meal, sending over a huge box of tacos, which he downed eight of. His family has set up a GoFundMe account -- not to pay for more tacos, but to help offset more than $50,000 in medical bills.
