BREAKING NEWS: Judge throws out David Mueller's Case Against Taylor Swift
According to a source at the Associated Press,a judge has thrown out former DJ David Mueller's case against Taylor Swift, citing that Mueller had failed to prove that Swift had gotten him fired. The federal suit against singer's mother, Andrea Swift, and radio promotions director, Frank Bell, will continue. A jury will hear closing arguments in the case and Taylor Swift's counter-suit against Mueller.
Earlier in the day, Swift's attorneys declined to call any witnesses, arguing that she be removed from the case because Mueller had not presented enough evidence for the jury to further consider, CNN reported. "Mr. Mueller's beef is with KYGO, it's not with my client," Swift's attorney Doug Baldridge said. "That's the problem with this case." A ruling on that motion is expected at a later time somewhere around the first of next week.

HBO: Offered $250,000 As Bounty Payment
Yesterday, they leaked an email from one of the network’s executives. HBO apparently has tried to negotiate with the hackers. In a ransom letter, the digital pirates demanded 6 million dollars in Bitcoin.

The executive requested that the deadline to pay the ransom to be extended because (quote) “You have the advantage of having surprised us.”
Since they penetrated HBO’s files, the hackers released script and plot details of Game of Thrones. Pirated episodes of Ballers and Insecure are available to stream, too.

Brandon Meredith strolled into a 7-Eleven in the town of Cape Coral in the wee hours of Tuesday morning and told the clerk he had a gun -- then demanded the guy empty the cash register. Meredith, who never actually pulled a weapon, still managed to pocket an undetermined amount of cash before splitting the scene -- and shedding his shoes and sweatpants along the way.
Deputies responded to the scene with a K-9 unit, and the police pooch managed to pick up Meredith's scent from the discarded duds -- leading to his arrest a few hours later. No word on whether or not the stolen cash was recovered.

TAYLOR SWIFT: DJ ADMITS PHOTO IS AWKWARD
In his second day on the stand, former DJ David Mueller described a photo of him with his hand behind Taylor Swift as "weird and awkward."The image is at the center of the trial, in which the superstar accuses the Colorado radio presenter of groping her butt in 2013. Mueller says he didn't and lost his job over the accusation. He's suing for $3 million.
As he looked at the photo, Mueller said, “I do not know where my hand went.”
On Tuesday, he told the jury he may have brushed against her “rib cage or ribs” with a closed fist. He denies ever touching Taylor's backside.
Taylor's lawyer told jurors that her bodyguard Greg Dent testified in a deposition that he had seen Mueller lift the singer's skirt.
Reports from inside the court say Taylor handled herself well today and scored plenty of points, saying "I felt him grab onto my bare ass cheek. It was a definite grab, a very long grab. He stayed latched onto my bare ass cheek as I lurched away from him quite quickly."
At one point, Mueller's attorney asked why her skirt didn’t appear disturbed. Taylor shot back, “Because my ass is located in the back of my body.”
