BREAKING NEWS: Judge throws out David Mueller's Case Against Taylor Swift

According to a source at the Associated Press,a judge has thrown out former DJ David Mueller's case against Taylor Swift, citing that Mueller had failed to prove that Swift had gotten him fired. The federal suit against singer's mother, Andrea Swift, and radio promotions director, Frank Bell, will continue. A jury will hear closing arguments in the case and Taylor Swift's counter-suit against Mueller.

Earlier in the day, Swift's attorneys declined to call any witnesses, arguing that she be removed from the case because Mueller had not presented enough evidence for the jury to further consider, CNN reported. "Mr. Mueller's beef is with KYGO, it's not with my client," Swift's attorney Doug Baldridge said. "That's the problem with this case." A ruling on that motion is expected at a later time somewhere around the first of next week.

Chris Pratt and Anna Faris may have split up, but they're still living under the same roof, according to Million Dollar Matchmaker star Patti Stanger.

Fans of the couple were shocked by the news that they had broken up, but Stanger says there's reason to believe they may reconcile. She told Entertainment Tonight that Pratt is still living in the house which is a good sign. She says, "If [Pratt]'s still in the house, there's hope. If the person doesn't leave the house, there's a lot of hope there. That means they still love each other. ... It's just that they don't want to leave each other. There's a lot of best friend factor there. They're very close as BFFs."

Pratt and Faris announced their split earlier this week in a joint statement.

He is very interested in ceiling fans. He likes those a lot. I could get him to pay the same amount for Netflix just to watch ceiling fans.”

HBO: Offered $250,000 As Bounty Payment

Hackers have embarrassed HBO for a second time.Image result for hbo hackers
Yesterday, they leaked an email from one of the network’s executives. HBO apparently has tried to negotiate with the hackers. In a ransom letter, the digital pirates demanded 6 million dollars in Bitcoin.

The verified email countered with a “bounty payment” of a quarter-million dollars. HBO also told the hackers, (quote) “We have not been able to put into place the necessary infrastructure to make a large payment in Bitcoin, although we are taking steps to do so as you suggested.”

The executive requested that the deadline to pay the ransom to be extended because (quote) “You have the advantage of having surprised us.”

Since they penetrated HBO’s files, the hackers released script and plot details of Game of Thrones. Pirated episodes of Ballers and Insecure are available to stream, too.

Even with all the heartache and scrutiny they endured, Tanya always had a place in her heart for Glen.
She says, I’m just devastated. Absolutely devastated. It’s been so hard these past several years knowing what he’s been going through. My heart just breaks. Glen and I shared some incredible, precious memories together for a long time. There were some ups and downs and, of course, all the downs were played out in the press. We both got past all that. Forgiveness is a wonderful thing."

A Florida man who didn't need a gun to pull off a convenience store robbery then decided he didn't need any pants for his getaway -- and stripped them off while fleeing from cops.

Brandon Meredith strolled into a 7-Eleven in the town of Cape Coral in the wee hours of Tuesday morning and told the clerk he had a gun -- then demanded the guy empty the cash register. Meredith, who never actually pulled a weapon, still managed to pocket an undetermined amount of cash before splitting the scene -- and shedding his shoes and sweatpants along the way.
Deputies responded to the scene with a K-9 unit, and the police pooch managed to pick up Meredith's scent from the discarded duds -- leading to his arrest a few hours later. No word on whether or not the stolen cash was recovered.

A fan is suing Kevin Hart, claiming the comedian's security team assaulted him.

In his lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Jay Collins says he was an invited VIP guest at Kevin's Philadelphia concert back in August 2015 when he was "aggressively approached and detained by stadium security." He claims stadium security handed him over to Kevin's personal security, who allegedly threatened to taser him, then threw him to the ground and struck him in the head, neck and shoulders, and kneed him in the ribs.

Collins is looking for at least $50,000.

In his second day on the stand, former DJ David Mueller described a photo of him with his hand behind Taylor Swift as "weird and awkward."

The image is at the center of the trial, in which the superstar accuses the Colorado radio presenter of groping her butt in 2013. Mueller says he didn't and lost his job over the accusation. He's suing for $3 million.

As he looked at the photo, Mueller said, “I do not know where my hand went.”

On Tuesday, he told the jury he may have brushed against her “rib cage or ribs” with a closed fist. He denies ever touching Taylor's backside.

Taylor's lawyer told jurors that her bodyguard Greg Dent testified in a deposition that he had seen Mueller lift the singer's skirt.
Reports from inside the court say Taylor handled herself well today and scored plenty of points, saying "I felt him grab onto my bare ass cheek. It was a definite grab, a very long grab. He stayed latched onto my bare ass cheek as I lurched away from him quite quickly."
At one point, Mueller's attorney asked why her skirt didn’t appear disturbed. Taylor shot back, “Because my ass is located in the back of my body.”

Dr. Gregory Bellotti was busted after a complaint from one of his staffers, but authorities didn't arrive at his office until he'd already seen eight of the 14 patients on his schedule for the day. When cops arrived, they found the doc to be "unable to do simple tasks or answer questions." A blood alcohol test measured point-41, five times the legal limit.

His license was suspended, and a formal hearing will decide if it will be permanently revoked. That's what you get when you forget that "painless dentistry" is supposed mean painless for the patient.

Hackers are proving that they have successfully gotten into HBO's servers by leaking sensitive data, including scripts for upcoming Game of Thrones episodes and unreleased episodes of other shows.

The attacker is demanding that HBO pay a ransom to prevent further leaks. In addition to the Game of Thrones scripts, the thieves released phone numbers and E-mail addresses for some of the show's stars as well as a month's worth of E-mails from a top HBO executive. Two unreleased episodes of Ballers and Room 104 were also released.

HBO says, "The forensic review is ongoing. While it has been reported that a number of E-mails have been made public, the review to date has not given us a reason to believe that our E-mail system as a whole has been compromised. We continue to work around the clock with outside cyber security firms and law enforcement to resolve the incident
