GARTH BROOKS: Announces Stadium Tour/TV special
Garth Brooks will go on a stadium tour over the next two to three years.
The run will take him to between 10 and 12 stadiums a year. Garth wanted to play all college stadiums, but since some of his target cities didn't have collegiate fields, there will be some pro venues. The first two cities announced are St. Louis and Phoenix. Shows in New England and Texas will also be announced soon. Tickets for five shows will go on sale before Christmas.
He says all 30 shows on this tour will be different. More details are coming. In more Garth news, the G man will tape his concert at Notre Dame Stadium on Saturday for a TV special. He says, "After the sellout, I thought it could not get any more exciting than this. Then, CBS calls and in an instant, the show becomes bigger. This changes everything.” Garth Brooks Live at Notre Dame will air on Sunday, December 2nd on CBS.
JO DEE MESSINA: New Music
Jo Dee Messina, who has been battling with cancer since September 2017, has released a new song, "Reckless Love."
She tells People, “I’m leaning on God. I’m letting Him take charge. It’s what’s best for my soul right now. Every biopsy and every result…it feels like an eternity goes by. I know that God has me. I’m filled with gratitude and joy.”
Though she's not sure the song will ever make it onto the radio, Jo Dee is sure it's a message that someone needs to hear.
