In case you were wondering -- Leonardo DiCaprio was NOT raped by a bear in a scene from his upcoming movie.
Apparently this was a rumor going around the Internet, and it gained so much steam that it forced FOX to release a statement. A spokesperson for FOX tells EW, “As anyone who has seen [The Revenant] can attest, the bear in the film is a female who attacks [Leo] because she feels he might be threatening her cubs. There is clearly no rape scene with a bear.”
In the upcoming flick, Leo is left for dead after a vicious bear attack. The Revenant opens in limited release on Christmas and expands nationwide on January 8th. If you haven't seen it yet here is the trailer... Looks pretty intense..

Courteney Cox and rocker Johnny McDaid have called it quits.
The Friends star and the Snow Patrol guitarist got engaged in June 2014 after only six months of dating.
TMZ says the two were "struggling over lifestyle choices: She enjoys going out with friends, but he's more low-key and private." Johnny reportedly moved out of Courteney's homes in Malibu and L.A. a few days before Thanksgiving and returned to England.
Sources say the couple "fought like hell to make it work" and even tried counseling, but in the end it didn't help.

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale have been trying to shield their children from their divorce, but things are getting really nasty.
Both parents want to spend Christmas with the kids, but Gwen reportedly insists on having new beau Blake Shelton in the mix. A source tells Radar Online, “Blake and Gwen have vowed to be together for Christmas. Gwen and Gavin are trying to determine if they can be under one roof on Christmas Eve for the boys to open presents. If that is the situation, Blake has said he obviously wouldn’t be there.”
But Gavin has a different idea. The snitch says “Gavin has told Gwen, via the nanny that he wants to take the boys to Mammoth, California, during the Christmas break. It was a sting to Gwen because that is where they used to go as a family, along with the nanny Gavin was accused of having an affair with.”

There's a simple reason why Tim Tebow didn't have sex with Olivia Culpo -- he never dated the ex Miss Universe.
Despite reports they broke up because he refused to break his vow of abstinence, TMZ says their romantic relationship "never went beyond the rumor stage."

The annual Pirelli calendar usually features scantily clad models, but this year it features a scantily clad Amy Schumer.
In a sign of the times, the tire manufacturer has decided to ditch the nudity and objectification and instead honor 13 women of "outstanding professional, social, cultural, sporting and artistic accomplishment." Famed photographer Annie Leibovitz took the snaps.
Amy posted her midriff-baring photo on Instagram, and captioned it: “Beautiful, gross, strong, thin, fat, pretty, ugly, sexy, disgusting, flawless, woman. Thank you, Annie Leibovitz!”
Serena Williams, Yoko Ono and Patti Smith are among the other women in the calendar.
