NEW DUET SINGLE – CHRIS YOUNG
Chris Young's duet with Cassadee Pope, "Think Of You," is heading to country radio as his next single. Young was happy to work with Pope on his fifth studio album, I'm Comin' Over, and the fact that their duet is being released as a single is even better. Chris says of the track, "I love having Cassadee Pope on this song. I think she is a phenomenal singer and is the exact, perfect way to complete that song the way I wanted. It's one of my favorite tracks on the record." Chris recalls how the duet came to be recorded, saying, "I was playing an acoustic show with Cassadee, and she started her first song, and the minute she opened her mouth, it clicked. We were right in the beginning stages of 'who do we get to do this?' and I said, 'I'm asking her right when I get off this stage.'" "Think Of You" has an official airplay impact date of January 25.
Cassadee is actually a special guest on Chris' current 2016 "I'm Comin' Over Tour," and she says playing the song together every night will surely become one of the highlights of the trek. Pope shares, "Knowing that we'll get to perform 'Think Of You' together for all of our fans definitely builds another layer of excitement to heading out on tour with Chris." The next show on the tour will be in Lowell, Massachusetts, on January 21.
